模數(shù)式橋梁伸縮縫

GQFC型、GQFZ型、GQFL型、GQFF型、GQFMZL型模數(shù)式橋梁伸縮裝置，是采用熱軋整體成型的異型鋼材設計的橋梁伸縮裝置。GQFC型、GQFZ型、GQFF型、GQFL型伸縮裝置適用于伸縮量80mm以下的橋梁接縫，GQFMZL型伸縮裝置是由邊梁、中梁、橫梁和連動機構組成的模數(shù)式橋梁伸縮裝置，適用于伸縮量80mm-1200mm的大中跨度橋梁。

2、設計制造技術條件

1、設計荷載：采用J刊公路工程技術標準規(guī)定的汽車超過20級荷載進行設計。

2、本結構使用的異型鋼材質為16Mn橋梁專用鋼，鋼材抗拉強度應不低于480Mpa，容許彎曲應力不低于210Mpa。

3、結構中支承橫梁使用16Mn或45號鋼，其容許彎曲應力不低于210Mpa。

4、其余配件鋼材可使用不低于Q235強度鋼材。

1、采用氯丁橡膠（C日）的伸縮裝置適用于溫度為25+60地區(qū)。

2、采用天然橡膠（N日）的伸縮裝置適用于溫度為40+60地區(qū)。

GQFMZL型伸縮裝置的突出特點是將伸縮裝置的承重結構和位移控制系統(tǒng)分開，二者受力時互不干擾，分工明確，這樣既保證受力時安全，又保證了受力時位移均勻。

5、伸縮裝置伸縮量的確定

橋梁伸縮量計算值直接影響對伸縮裝置規(guī)格選擇，若伸縮裝置規(guī)格選擇不合理，就直接影響伸縮裝置的使用效果，同時選擇伸縮裝置時還應考慮梁、板間伸縮裝置間隙量大小，以保證伸縮裝置與梁、板兩端有充分錨固，才能達到佳使用效果。所以在選擇伸縮裝置的規(guī)格時，一定要留足夠余量，才能保證伸縮裝置的使用效果和耐久性。

6、橋梁設計單位在選擇了我公司的伸縮裝置后，為便于加工制作，應提供下列資料

1、橋梁的橫斷面圖（包括橫坡、人行道、安全帶、欄桿的位置及尺寸）o

2、伸縮裝置的施工實施時間及安裝時溫度的變化幅度。

注：如用戶不提供定位值，則工廠一律按產品的額定大伸縮量壓縮一半定位出廠。
